    FSG Real Estate breaks ground on the MGM Music Hall, marking the first development project undertaken by FSGRE beyond the walls of Fenway Park.

    LFC wins its 19th English League Championship and first English Premier League Championship since the formation of the Premier League in 1992, representing Liverpool Football Club’s first English Championship in 30 years.

    FSG Real Estate forms a joint venture with WS Development and ’47 Brand to redevelop multiple sites in the Fenway neighborhood.

    RedBird Capital Partners make a significant investment into FSG as part of an ongoing strategic alliance between the two companies focused on the active pursuit of growth opportunities for FSG. As part of the transaction, LeBron James and Maverick Carter exchange a previously held interest in Liverpool Football Club and become part of FSG’s ownership group along with RedBird.
